Round steel with cut thread (structural steel S 235, S 275, S 355) and screws (grade 4.6, 4.8, 5.6 etc.) are calculated according to the rules for fasteners in timber construction.
Washers
Large washers are calculated according to DIN 1052, small washers according to EN 1995. The pressure under the washer is verified. According to EN 1995 8.5.2, the following maximum may be applied to steel sheets: dwasher <=12 twasher
