"Despite my young age, I am allowed to make a full contribution"
Antonia Härtl joined FRILO’s marketing team fresh out of university. Despite her young age, she already brings experience in the B2B sector. The entire team benefits from her knowledge. What Antonia particularly appreciates about her work in the FRILO team, how she structures her everyday work and what her life apart from FRILO looks like, she tells in the interview.
Hello Antonia! You started working for FRILO in 2022. What were the reasons?
Quite simply, the feeling was right. Although I was fresh out of university, I knew that I wanted to stay in the B2B sector after my working student activities. It was also important to me to find something where I could still learn a lot, but where I could also make a full contribution despite my young age. These opportunities were given to me at FRILO right from the start. I am very grateful for that.
Which tasks do you take on in Marketing?
I take on three main tasks in our marketing team: FRILO event management, marketing automation and lead management. For example, I plan and manage our online events such as webinars or online trainings on the FRILO Campus – with all that goes with it: That is mailings, surveys and reports for our sales team. We want to constantly improve and therefore also implement new and optimized processes, whether for our database or email communication. Finding strategies here and setting a 1A standard is also one of my tasks.
What was your most extraordinary experience at FRILO?
I have not been part of FRILO for long. But what I found incredibly impressive was our first Nemetschek Engineering kick-off event together with SCIA and DC in January 2023. The energy that was conveyed there and also arose in the team really made me want more.
What do you like about working in the FRILO team?
As the question itself says: the team. I’ve felt incredibly comfortable since I’ve been here, and the open-door culture is really lived out at FRILO. I’ve never had a queasy feeling about getting my questions out. In addition, there is an incredible humanity in the entire company – you can see that in the way people interact with each other, but also in the way the managers interact with the employees.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I’m a very active person and always on the go. As soon as the weather is good, you can find me far away from all desks somewhere outside – whether skiing, hiking in the Alps or just lying in the outdoor pool with my current book.
