How can I agree to the transfer of my contractual relationship to ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH?

We would be very grateful if you would expressly agree to the transfer of your contractual relationship. You agree to the transfer of the existing contractual relationship from FRILO Software GmbH (registered in the commercial register of Stuttgart Local Court under HRB 18196) to ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH (registered in the commercial register of Munich Local Court under HRB 147170) as of 1 July 2024 by completing and signing the declaration of consent and returning it to us by e-mail to buchhaltung@allplan.com or by post to our Munich address.

The merger of FRILO Software GmbH and DC-Software GmbH with ALLPLAN, completed and announced on 1 July, is leading to an increased volume of telephone and e-mail inquiries.
