What does the merger of DC-Software and FRILO Software GmbH with the ALLPLAN Group mean for my contractual relationship?

DC-Software Doster & Christmann GmbH was merged with its parent company, FRILO Software GmbH, with effect from 7 June 2024. All contractual relationships of DC-Software Doster & Christmann GmbH have thus been transferred by law to FRILO Software GmbH by way of universal succession. While FRILO Software GmbH was merged with ALLPLAN GmbH, it also transferred its “distribution” to ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH with an operating lease from 1 July 2024. ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH thus enters into all current customer relationships of FRILO Software GmbH and DC-Software Doster & Christmann GmbH. This also includes the existing contractual relationship with you. As the ALLPLAN Group also belongs to the Nemetschek Group, the above-mentioned reorganisation measures will not result in a change of beneficial owner. This continues to be NEMETSCHEK SE.
