Do I have to respond to the email for checking software licence compliance with a web licence?

The entire customer base of FRILO and DC was contacted with the email to check software licence compliance. The e-mail implies neither an explicit accusation nor a concrete case of suspicion. Nothing is further from our minds than placing our customers under general suspicion. We are aware that the vast majority of our customers have been using the FRILO software properly and in accordance with the licence terms for many years. If you use the software in accordance with the terms of use, you can ignore the e-mail. If you use the software via a web licence, the licence-compliant use of FRILO is guaranteed. An additional check on your part is not necessary.

Thank you for your enquiry!

The merger of FRILO Software GmbH and DC-Software GmbH with ALLPLAN, completed and announced on 1 July, is leading to an increased volume of telephone and e-mail inquiries. In addition, necessary maintenance work in our CRM and ERP systems is causing temporary irregularities and delays in our operating processes. We, therefore, ask you to forgive us for the longer waiting times. We will endeavor to process your request as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your understanding.
