What does the transfer of my contractual relationship mean for the use of the FRILO and DC programmes?

The transfer of your contractual relationship has no direct impact on the programmes and services of FRILO and DC-Software, which will remain available to you in the usual quality as products of the ALLPLAN Group. You can therefore continue to use the programmes you have licensed as usual. The only legal consequence of the merger or the operating lease is that you now have a contractual relationship with ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH. The merger has no effect on the licensing, use and purchase of the FRILO and DC programmes. Your contact persons will also remain the same.
