I would like to expressly object to the transfer of my contractual relationship to ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH because I do not wish to continue the contractual relationship with ALLPLAN. What are the consequences of this?

If you object to the transfer of your contractual relationship, your contract will initially remain with FRILO Software GmbH and will then be transferred to ALLPLAN GmbH as part of the merger. Since ALLPLAN GmbH does not maintain any customer relationships, ALLPLAN is forced to terminate your contract so that the contractual services are no longer available to you.
