When should I respond to the software licence compliance check email?

We expect a self-disclosure from you if you do not use the software in accordance with the licence. As stated in our General Terms and Conditions, the following are not permitted:

– The free transfer of licences to third parties (not even as a loan)

– The transfer of licences to third parties without the permission of FRILO

– Passing on individual licences to third parties

– Unauthorised duplication of the software (pirated copies, counterfeits)

– The use of unlicensed programmes

– Bypassing the web licence check and offline use of the software in a manner not intended for this purpose

– Commercial use of student, training and university licences
